Invite-only and role aware
Access is granted by an administrator. Roles, departments and access levels are enforced in the database, not just the interface.
Reviewed knowledge only
Every upload is reviewed. Only approved documents with approved searchable text become available to the advisors.
Answers with sources
Advisors answer from your approved knowledge and cite the documents they used. When knowledge is missing, they say so.
