Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of GroceryList Compass, the internal workplace collaboration and scheduling platform provided by GroceryList Group (“GroceryList,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using Compass, you agree to these terms.

Authorized use only

Compass is intended solely for authorized GroceryList personnel. Access is granted by invitation and managed by GroceryList administrators. You may not share your account credentials, allow another person to use your session, or attempt to access data or features outside your authorized role or organization.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Compass account. Keep your credentials secure and report suspected unauthorized access immediately. Actions taken from your account — including scheduling meetings, sending messages, approving documents, and connecting integrations — are attributed to you.

Optional integrations

Connecting third-party services such as Google Calendar, Gmail, Zoom, or Zoho Mail is optional. When you choose to connect an integration, you authorize Compass to perform only the actions you initiate or configure, within the scopes presented during the OAuth consent flow. You may disconnect an integration at any time from your Compass settings.

Workplace conduct and policies

Use of Compass is subject to GroceryList Group employment policies, codes of conduct, data-handling guidelines, and applicable law. Communications, scheduling decisions, and document approvals made through Compass remain subject to those policies.

Prohibited conduct

• Accessing or attempting to access Compass without authorization.
• Sharing credentials, sessions, or invite links outside authorized channels.
• Using Compass to store, transmit, or process data in violation of GroceryList policies or law.
• Interfering with the security, availability, or integrity of Compass or other users’ accounts.
• Misrepresenting your identity, role, or organization affiliation.

Service availability

Compass is provided on a best-effort basis. GroceryList does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, real-time delivery, or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, provider outages, or security events may affect access.

Suspension and termination

GroceryList may suspend or terminate access to Compass for security, policy, legal, or operational reasons, with or without notice. Upon termination of employment or access, your ability to use Compass will end, and GroceryList may retain records in accordance with its records-retention policies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service as Compass changes. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
